Scan to Email

Scan to Email is similar to Internet Fax in that the copier can send a scanned document through the internet as an email attachment. Files scanned are attached as PDF (Adobe Reader), or TIFF (standard image file).

Users can walk up, place a document on the machine, choose a stored email address from the address book, and press start to send that document immediately via the internet to any email address. It's really that simple.

Of course, as with fax and print, scan to email will also utilize most of the features that the copier has, including duplexing, book copy, zoom, and others. Users can do much of their altering of a document at the copier before sending it.
